3. Price subject to R.O.E fluctuation if applicable. Price linked to $1= N/A.
   
   
4. 100% Deposit is required for COD accounts before processing can occur.
   
   
5. Material subject to prior sale.
   
   
6. All prices exclude VAT.
   
   
7. Customer to verify all Qty’s & Sizes.
   
   
8. Interest at a rate 2% (two percent) per month shall be payable on all overdue accounts.
   
   
9. LION SHIELD ENGINEERING SERVICES (PTY) LTD does not under any circumstances accept any liability for any
   penalties or consequential losses.
   
   
10. Material supplied will be accordance with the client requirements.
    
    
11. All material supplied will remain the property of LION SHIELD ENGINEERING SERVICES (PTY) LTD until fully paid.
    
    
12. Delivery dates quoted are subject to any matters beyond our control. I.e. strikes, accidents, breakdowns, etc.
    
    
13. Any orders returned for credit will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
